Community Mediation can cover a wide range of issues and topics. I have many years of experience bringing together individuals, government services, community agencies and schools with competing interests to create a better understanding of each other and to work toward a resolution that works for everyone involved. I bring an inclusive approach to my practice that works well with the diversity of communities. Community disputes may include but are not limited to:
- neighbour to neighbour disputes
- community association disputes
- sports groups
- neighbourhood conflicts
Community Mediation can also be used to prevent conflict. It can be used in community engagement and planning stages to encourage consideration of many perspectives and interests when creating policies, strategies and community programs.
